ABOUT MR. SHEETS:
Two-time eXp ICON Agent, 50 Finalist for NAR's 30 Under 30, and Wisconsin Team Leader Jacob Sheets started in real estate about 6 years ago by owner occupying his first duplex with his wife Rosie shortly after graduating from UW-Whitewater. After getting his very first rent check, he knew he wanted to dive all in! Joining the Jo Ferraro Real Estate Team with eXp Realty turbo charged his first year of real estate closing 21 transactions and more importantly, learning how it's done right from a true industry leader.
After moving back to his hometown of Cedarburg in his second purchased duplex, he switched to a local boutique brokerage focusing on luxury real estate in the Milwaukee North Shore closing his first million dollar deal. At the same time he started to get involved with the GMAR YPN (Greater Milwaukee Area Young Professionals Network) as a board member for 2 years, was coached by Workman Success Systems, completed the NINJA installation, and attended multiple NAR NXTs, WRA (Wisconsin) annual conventions, and eXp Con.
One year later, he switched back to eXp Realty and quickly started up his own team focusing on serving all of southeastern Wisconsin that has in the past few years grown to 2 full-time agents, 2 part-time agents, 2 part-time inside sales agents, 1 admin, and 1 transaction coordinator.
Notable additional recognitions include organizing and hosting the "5 Under 5 Panel" at our state convention, emceeing the first eXp Realty Midwest Regionally Rally with over 200 Realtors present, and speaking on a panel at his college alma mater. Total lifetime production volume for Jacob and his direct team to July of 2025 is currently $42,274,310, 136 families served, and 50+ sent outbound referrals.
Our team prides ourselves in serving a respectable amount of clients, however not just chasing being the "biggest" team and "most production" out there.
