Drilling, sparring, and growth
The camp will prepare participants entering grades 7– 2 in for the Rocket Rumble Under the Light's Tournament on June 20. Camp will include drilling, sparring, live wrestling, led by Head Coach Kevin Koch, the CUW Wrestling coaching staff, and current student-athletes. Participants will also attend “Off-The-Mat Sessions,” focused on wrestling mindset training skills such as self-talk, growth mindset, goal setting, wrestling metal red flags; and wrestling specific strength training.
