Program Overview
We are currently accepting three Residents annually. This 12 month Residency Program begins August 1 and goes through July 31 the following year.
Opportunities Provided Throughout the Residency Program:
- Educating CUW students
- Participation in Continuing Education courses
- Preparation for OCS Examination
- Preparation for advanced manual therapy credentials
- Direct patient care opportunities at a collaborative Advocate - Aurora Health Care Facility
- Multidisciplinary observational experiences
- 1:1 clinic mentoring one day / week
- Collaborative research opportunities with faculty
Didactic Component:
- Flexible on-line lectures and learning modules through Learning Management System
- Weekly Face-to-face lab experiences at CUW
- Routine access to faculty and mentor

What to Expect
Upon completion of the residency program, residents will excel as orthopedic physical therapy practitioners, work collaboratively with other members of the health care team, and educate current and future health care providers regarding orthopedic related content.
