Program Overview

Our MBA in Nonprofit Management and Leadership combines the strength of the MBA curriculum with the deeper study of management issues and operations unique to nonprofit organizations. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from experts in the field who bring their real-world experience into the classroom. They’ll immerse you in subjects like governance and board development, fundraising strategies, volunteer recruitment, publicity and public relations, financial and legal issues, program evaluation and fraud prevention.

Because we want to make this knowledge available to you, this flexible program is offered at our main campus, our off-site locations and online - so you can take classes no matter where you’re located. Plus, no GRE or GMAT are required to apply. That means that you can gain the knowledge you need even while working full-time.

You’ll have the know-how to start a nonprofit and strategically think through all the steps - from financial planning to board governance and marketing efforts. You’ll have a deeper understanding of how to breathe life into an organization’s mission and communicate it to others. Not only will you be equipped to achieve significant influence by applying critical concepts that drive effective nonprofit organizations, but you’ll also graduate from the program with increased financial competence, an ability to lead diverse groups of people and strategic problem-solving skills.
