Program Overview

The PMHNP MSN program is designed for registered nurses seeking advanced preparation in psychiatric and behavioral health practice.

Students complete 41 total credits over six semesters (2 years). The curriculum blends graduate nursing core courses with psychiatric specialization and 500 supervised clinical hours.

Didactic coursework is delivered online. A required 3-day on-campus workshop is completed during the Advanced Health Assessment course.
