Get fit with the Falcon

Whether you're in a sport, just love working out or beginning a journey to better fitness, our weight room and gym are available 7-days per week. Students, faculty and staff can access three rooms of free weights, weight training and cardio machines whenever the desire to work out hits.

Location

The fitness center is located on the second floor of the field house and contains three separate work out rooms:

  • Room FH110 includes free weights and mats for stretching and abdominal exercises.
  • Room FH116 is a weight training facility that includes bench press stations.
  • Room FH118 is a circuit training room that includes cardio machines such as treadmills, ellipticals, and bicycles. This room also includes multiple machines for weight training. 

Hours

Hours change during school breaks and the summer. For questions regarding hours, please call 262-243-2671.

Monday – Friday: 6 a.m. – Midnight
Saturday – Sunday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Monday – Friday the weight room and dumbbell room are closed from 3 – 5 p.m. for team training.

The weight room is closed when school is closed. 

Fitness Center Rules

  1. No use of the facility without an authorized supervisor or staff member present
  2. Present your falcon one card each session
  3. Honor the priority schedule for usage
  4. Follow all coaches and supervisors instructions
  5. Student athletes need an approved program and log
  6. Absolutely no food or drink allowed (plastic water bottles with lids are allowed)
  7. Proper athletic attire required
    1. Athletic shoes required
    2. Complete back and shoulder coverage required
    3. T-shirts and loose shorts recommended
    4. No hats
  8. Only personal stereo equipment allowed
  9. Horseplay, offensive language, misuse and abuse of equipment or other users will not be tolerated
  10. Always return weights and equipment to their proper place
