Employers - Connect on Handshake

We invite you to join us on Handshake, CUW’s online career engagement platform and job board, to connect with our students and alumni. Handshake allows employers to post opportunities (internships, part and full-time positions) and review job seekers’ profiles and resumes at no cost.

After employers have registered and logged into Handshake, they can:
  • Post internship, part-time and full-time opportunities.
  • Search for qualified candidates and view resumes.
  • Receive announcements for upcoming Career Services programs and events.

If you’re already a Handshake user, please add “Concordia University Wisconsin & Ann Arbor” as one of your schools. Not on Handshake? Sign up for a free Handshake account. If you have questions, please contact the Career Services office at 262-243-4401.

Local Private Residences

Looking for a babysitter, nanny, house-sitter, pet-sitter, care-provider, tutor, housekeeper, yard or maintenance worker? Share your job information with us through CUW’s Private Residences request form. Information received through this request will be reviewed and posted on our online job board.

Host an Employer Spotlight Table

Employer Spotlights are a great way to connect with prospective interns or employees, as well as bring awareness to your opportunities and organization. We advertise to students and faculty to inform them of your recruiting date and available opportunities.

  • Pick a date and time that works best with your recruiting schedule.
  • Bring any marketing materials or promotional displays.
  • Employer Spotlights are $35. There is a maximum of twice per semester to allow for diversity of employers and opportunities for our students.
