Accessible provisions are available for both students and guests attending graduation.
The latest we can accommodate special seating requests is the Wednesday before commencement.
Graduates with accessibility needs
Graduating students, who require accommodations due to mobility limitations or other accessibility needs, please email commencement@cuw.edu with any special arrangements that will enable you to participate fully in the commencement exercises.
Guests with accessibility needs
Accessible seating is available for guests who have tickets and made arrangements. Please call 262-243-4410 no later than one week prior to commencement, to arrange accommodation for your guest. Once inside the building, an usher will direct them to a designated seating area. One family member or friend with a ticket will be allowed to sit next to each special needs guest.
