Peer Review of Teaching

As iron sharpens iron

The Center for Excellence in Learning and Teaching (CELT) provides support for a formative peer review of the teaching process in which faculty can pair up, observe each other, and offer feedback. CELT staff who have extensive experience with mentoring, instructional coaching, and teaching observations are available to observe your class and provide non-evaluative feedback. All faculty are encouraged to participate in this process toward the goal of improving teaching.

Faculty are encouraged to use the Observation Form and Process for formative feedback toward the goal of improving teaching.
