- CUW Alumni receive discounts at local restaurants and hotels, with their Falcon OneCard; a complete list is available under the discounts section
- Access to the Rincker Memorial Library
- Access to the CUW Fitness Center
Once the form is submitted, your Alumni Falcon OneCard will be mailed to you.
Your Alumni Falcon OneCard serves solely as proof of your status as a Concordia University Wisconsin (CUW) alum, allowing you to receive local benefits and discounts.
