Student ID Cards

All Concordia University Wisconsin students receive a Falcon One photo student identification card that is used for everything from residence hall access, to meal plans, to library services.

On-campus students

Incoming students taking in-person classes on the Mequon campus need to submit an online Falcon OneCard request and upload a photo following the instructions found here. Students will then receive their OneCard at Orientation.

If students are unable to attend Orientation, IDs will be available for pick-up at the campus safety office (Rincker 023). If a student did not submit an online request and/or do not have an approved photo uploaded, they may have their photo taken and ID printed in the OneCard Office (Rincker 202).

Virtual / online students

Incoming students taking only virtual/online classes: we have a virtual ID card available. See instructions here for how to access your virtual ID card.

Campus Safety / Parking / Vehicle Registration

The Campus Safety Office is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. The Campus Safety Office is available for safety escorts to anywhere on campus that you don’t feel comfortable traveling to alone. Students may register their vehicle on the portal; learn more about vehicle registration here. After registering your vehicle, you may pick up your parking pass from the Campus Safety Office when you move-in (for residential students) or at your convenience (for commuters).

Academic & Career Advising

Every CUW student is assigned an academic advisor. For more information about advising, check out the Center for Academic and Career Advising webpage

Every undergraduate, Concordia student is assigned a professional Academic and Career advisor who serves as a guide regarding program/major curriculum, course registration, and career development. The Center of Academic and Career Advising is home to these professional advisors, as well as to a variety of resources to support students' exploration of "vocation" - who you were made to be and how to share that in world

A student's Academic & Career Advisor will serve as the primary contact as it relates to advising and registration for the first two years. When students become upper-classmen, they are also assigned a faculty advisor within their area of study. A student's advisor will be in contact with them during the onboarding process to introduce themselves and assist with initial course registration - however, to verify an advisor, please contact the Center for Academic Advising and Career Engagement at:
